For monthly billing cycles, recurring payments are billed automatically by PayPal on the same day of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, PayPal eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th, PayPal adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February.

Cancellations will be process immediatly by Paypal.  Any rollover hours will remain available subject to the terms defined below.

Definitions

Rollover Hours – unused hours in a given month. With Silver and Gold plans, unused hours are carried for up to two months before expiring. In the third month a client could potentially have 3 times the plan level of hours for use (handy for making quarterly updates).

Overage Rollover – additional hours used in a given month. With Silver and Gold plans, additional hours (beyond the plan limit) used in a given month are carried and applied to the next months. At the end of the second month any hours still outstanding are billed at the plan level rate.
