The selection list is generated from an Database (Access, SQL Server, MySQL), which populates the drop down list from values in a table and then queries the database for the results. By utilizing a database, this page is able to dynamically display new and up to date information without making changes directly to the internet / intranet web page. A simple management web page allows you to modify the information without having to worry about the "code" behind the web page.
